The submitter asserts that the Republic of Guatemala has failed to effectively enforce its environmental law resulting from the alleged pollution caused by the waste that is carried by Motagua River into the Gulf of Honduras and reaches the Honduran coastline due to the action of marine currents, located at Puerto Cortés municipality, Republic of Honduras.
